The USGBC Education Steering Committee is responsible for guiding the strategic direction for education, research, and education related events. The Steering Committee has four committees, which are responsible for implementing the strategic vision set by the Steering Committee.
The Education Committees plan and support education programs and events (i.e. Greenbuild and education review and development). The committees are made up of volunteers providing building industry and education related professional expertise, stakeholder perspectives, market intelligence, innovation and vision to the development of high quality education related programs and resources.
The Research Advisory Committee provides strategic guidance in support of programs that advance the understanding and practice of green building through applied, question-driven research and innovation.
